1) ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL INCLUDING ALL FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, OPTICS, CLOTHING, GIFT CARDS AND ACCESSORIES. FOR ANY DEFECTED ITEMS, YOU MUST REFER TO THE MANUFACTURER UNDER THE ITEM’S FACTORY WARRANTY. ONCE YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THE FIREARM FROM YOUR FFL, THE FIREARM CAN NOT BE RETURNED TO ZINGERS & FLINGERS, INC. FOR ANY REASON.

2) CANCELLED ORDERS/FEES

BUYER AND/OR USER OF THIS SITE AGREES OF THE INVESTMENT OF TIME AND THE INCURRED COSTS TO ZINGERS & FLINGERS, INC. DURING THE PREPARATION OF EVERY ORDER THAT IS PLACED ON OUR SITE. BUYER AND/OR USER OF THIS SITE AGREES TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING A 20% ORDER CANCELLATION FEE IF YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SUBMITTED FOR PROCESSING.

BUYER AND/OR USER OF THIS SITE AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE APPROVED IN WRITING (EMAIL). ANY RETURN THAT IS NOT SHIPPED BACK TO SELLER WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE RETURN LABEL BEING CREATED WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

BUYER AND/OR USER OF THIS SITE AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES IN ORDER TO CANCEL A PROCESSED ORDER, USER MUST SUBMIT A CANCELLATION REQUEST IN WRITING (EMAIL). WITHOUT A CANCELLATION REQUEST, AN ORDER CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE CANCELLED.

BUYER AND/OR USER OF THIS SITE AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES ALL CANCELLED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A 20% CANCELLATION FEE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, INCLUDING FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, ACCESSORIES, AND OPTICS.

BUYER AND/OR USER OF THIS SITE AGREES THAT ANY ORDER DELAYED BEYOND 15 DAYS DUE TO USER’S FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED REQUESTED DOCUMENTS FOR USER’S ORDER, WILL BE CANCELLED, AND FUNDS RETURNED MINUS THE 20% CANCELLATION FEE.

BUYER AND/OR USER OF THIS SITE AGREES THAT CANCELLED ORDERS AND/OR REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THEY CAN BE PROCESSED DEPENDING ON THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.

3) RETURN, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

BUYER AND/OR USER OF THIS SITE AGREES WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS THE ITEM YOU PURCHASED IS DEFECTIVE. IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL AT INFO@ZINGERSANDFLINGERS.COM WITH DETAILS AND PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT AND THE DEFECT. FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED IF ITEM IS TO BE RETURNED AND/OR EXCHANGED.

UPON RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT, WE WILL FULLY EXAMINE IT AND NOTIFY YOU VIA E-MAIL, WHETHER YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT AS A RESULT OF THE DEFECT. IF YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND, WE WILL REPLACE THE PRODUCT OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE, USING THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

BUYER AND/OR USER OF THIS SITE AGREES REFUNDS DO NOT INCLUDE ANY SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES SHOWN ON THE PACKAGING SLIP OR INVOICE. SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ALL RETURNS MUST BE PREPAID AND INSURED BY YOU. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO HARDWARE DURING SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. ANY AMOUNTS REFUNDED WILL NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF SHIPPING.
